Helen Phyllis was born on June 6th, 1924.1 Helen Phyllis' father was Sidney John Ward and her mother was Helen Elizabeth Mason. She had a sister named Gladys Dorothy. She died at the age of 47 on November 17th, 1971 in Manchester, CT.1 General Notes
