Viola was born about 1893 in Livingston Co., MO.1 Viola's father was Smith Walker and her mother was Nancy Boucher. Her paternal grandparents were John Walker and Matilda Gann; her maternal grandparents were William Boucher and Laura Martin. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Aaron, James, Nathan, Laura and Marie. She had a half-brother and four half-sisters, named James Lee, Rose, Lizzie, Stella Mae and Florence.1 -
