Nicholas C. was born on November 13th, 1835 in Bigelow neighborhood, near Lake Ontario, Wolcott N.Y..1 Nicholas C.'s father was Nicholas Christian Vought and his mother was Mary Lent. His paternal grandparents were Henry Christian Vought and Rebecca Nelson. He had six brothers and five sisters, named Joeseph, David, Jackson, Isaac, Sylvestor, Thomas Lent, Margaret, Catherine Ann, Hestor Eliza, Christian and Ellen Jane. He had six half-brothers and five half-sisters, named Joeseph, Lent, Nicholas, David, Isaac, Jackson, Eliza, Katie, Margaret, Christiana and Jane. He died at the age of 75 on January 2nd, 1911.1 -
