Marietta Christian was born on March 31st, 1825 in West Point, New York.1 Marietta Christian's father was John Christian Vought and her mother was Anna Owen. Her paternal grandparents were Henry Christian Vought and Rebecca Nelson. She had a brother and a sister, named William Jackson and Phoebie. She had a half-sister named Cabrisah. She died at the age of 60 on June 12th, 1885 in Kalamazoo, Michigan.1 -
