Wellington was born on December 4th, 1910.1 Wellington's father was Byron Vannest. His paternal grandparents were John Vannest and Emma Speener\Spooner. He had a brother and four sisters, named John, Nellie, Rilla, Ruth and Luella. He died at the age of 69 in June 1980.1 General Notes
