Anna Vacovsky 
Anna was born on October 22nd, 1893 in IL.1 Anna's father was James (Vaclav) Vacovsky and her mother was Anna Vejskal. Her paternal grandparents were Tobias Vacovsky and Marie Janecek. She had two brothers and two sisters, named James Francis (Raz), Edward, Emma (Emily) and Olga. She died at the age of 78 on August 11th, 1972.1 -
