Esther Elvira was born on December 17th, 1828 in Fredonia,NY.1   Esther Elvira's father was Silas Todd and her mother was Betsey Filley.  Her paternal grandfather was Elam Todd.  She was an only child.  She died at the age of 90 in 1918 in Independence, KS.1
