Robert was born about 1600 in Huntingdonshire, England.¹ Robert's father was Silas Titus and his mother was Jane Newdyke. His maternal grandfather was Robert Newdyke. He had two half-brothers named Silas and Stephen. He died before 1662 in Huntington, Nassau, NY.¹
