Alonzo Thornton 
Alonzo was born about August 1856 in Ontario.1 Alonzo's father was John L Thornton and his mother was Mary Ann Wright. His maternal grandparents were John Wright and Ann Bannister. He had three brothers and a sister, named Joseph H, Frank, Fred and Ellen. He was the oldest of the five children.1 -
