Charles L. Tebeau 
Charles L. was born on September 30th, 1796.1 Charles L.'s father was John Robert Tebeau and his mother was Catherine Treutlen. His maternal grandparents were Frederick Treutlen and Margaret Schad. He had a brother and two sisters, named Frederick E., Ann Margaret and Mary. He died at the age of 27 on December 11th, 1823.1 -
