Frank L. Taylor

Frank L. was born on April 18th, 1868 in Tipton, Iown.¹   Frank L.'s father was Benjamin F. Taylor and his mother was Judith (Bradley) Taylor. He had a brother and two sisters, named Charles, Mary J. and Phoebe Bloom.  He was the oldest of the four children.¹
