William E. Stubbs

William E. was born on June 5th, 1844.¹ William E.'s father was Everett McGilbert Stubbs and his mother was Wealtha Ann Kennedy. His maternal grandparents were Edward Kennedy and Cynthia Unknown. He had three brothers and three sisters, named James H. Stubbs, Leander J. Stubbs, Everett C., Mary Catherine, Martha Ann and Caroline. He was the second oldest of the seven children.¹
