Frank Stephens

Frank was born in 1848.¹   Frank's father was John Stephens and his mother was Lillian Chanlee. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Lemie, Johnny, Susan, Alice and Harriet Jane.  He was the oldest of the six children.¹
