Cecil Jay was born on May 10th, 1897 in Lowell, Indiana.1 Cecil Jay's father was John Henry Spindler. His paternal grandparents were David H. Spindler and Hannah Denny. He had two brothers and a sister, named John David, Ralph Bacon and Naomi Ruth. Cecil Jay is no longer alive.1 -
