Herman Frank was born on January 20th, 1863 in Union, Franklin, Missouri.1   Herman Frank's father was Franz Heinrich Soetebier and his mother was Francisca Charlotte Flottmann.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 83 on November 10th, 1946 in Washington, Franklin, Missouri.1
