Mary Ann was born on November 13th, 1803.1   Mary Ann's father was Abraham Snapp and her mother was Mary Magdalene Foglesong.  Her paternal grandparents were Lawrence Snapp and Margaret. She had six brothers and six sisters, named Lawrence, Peter, Joseph, Abraham, Jacob, George, Sarah, Margaret, Florann, Bethseba, Catherine and Elizabeth.  She died at the age of 33 on July 15th, 1837.1
