John Snapp

John was born in 1721 in Alsace.¹   John's father was Johannes Schnepf and his mother was Barbara. He had a brother and five sisters, named Lawrence, Barbara, Ann Catharine, Christian, Margaret and Salomy.  He was the oldest of the seven children.  He died at the age of 65 in 1786 in Frdk Co, Va.¹
