1 Pheobie Ellen's mother was Elinor C Vought. Her maternal grandparents were Henry Christian Vought and Rebecca Nelson. She had four brothers and four sisters, named Abraham, Jacob, Thomas, Nicholas, Mary Ann, Rebecca, Martha and Katherine. Pheobie Ellen is no longer alive.1 -
