Gilbert Pierson Smith

Gilbert Pierson was born on January 12th, 1832 in Pelham, MA.¹   Gilbert Pierson's father was David Fales Smith and his mother was Maria Cook.  His paternal grandparents were Oliver Smith and Hanna Fales; his maternal grandparents were Reuben Cook and Chloe Bartlett. He had a brother and a sister, named Oliver Cook and Rachel Cook.  He was the youngest of the three children.  He died at the age of 78 in January 1910 in Jersey Shore, PA.¹
