Donald Smith

¹ Donald's father was Jay Edmund Smith and his mother was Ruth Azelia Lazell. His maternal grandparents were Joseph Turner Lazell and Mary Ann Augusta Burras. He had two brothers and four sisters, named John D., L. D., Rhoda, Ruby, Annabelle and Ruth.¹
