Sophia Selbrede 
Sophia was born on August 26th, 1870 in Kirchdorf, (Hanover), Germany.1 Sophia's father was Wilhelm (William) Selbrede and her mother was Marie Klusman. Her maternal grandparents were Henry Klusman and Sophia Losching. She had three brothers and four sisters, named Henry William, Johann, Carl, Mina (Minnie), Mary (Marie), Emma Charlotte and Dorothea. She was the third oldest of the eight children. She died at the age of 74 on November 14th, 1944. She was buried on November 17th, 1944 in West Salem, La Crosse, Wisconsin.1 1 -
