John Courtland Searle 
John Courtland was born on January 30th, 1828 in Butler, NY.1 John Courtland's father was Breed Searle and his mother was Rebecca Ann Saxton. His paternal grandparents were John Searle and Mary Williams; his maternal grandparents were Joseph Saxton and Anna Askins Hoskins. He had a brother and two sisters, named Adelbert Breed, Rebecca Ann and Mary Ann. He was the oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 92 on November 17th, 1920 in Payson, UT.1 -
