Phebe Sayles 
Phebe was born in Providence, Providence, Rhode Island.1 Phebe's father was John Sayles and her mother was Mary Williams. Her paternal grandfather was John Sayles; her maternal grandparents were Roger Williams and Mary Barnard. She had two brothers and seven sisters, named John, Richard, Mary, Deborah, Isabel, Anne, Eleanor, Catherine and Susanna.1 -
