Weltha Sapp

Weltha was born in 1889.¹ Weltha's father was Henry Elbert Sapp and her mother was Sarah Jane Sikes. Her paternal grandparents were Henry Alfred "Add" Sapp and Nancy Holland. She had a brother named John Perry. She was the younger of the two children. She died in DAVE HOLLAND CEMETERY.¹
