Lucy Sapp

Lucy was born on January 24th, 1847 in Kent, MD.¹ Lucy's father was Henry Sapp and her mother was Charlotte Hall. Her paternal grandparents were Henry Sapp and Matilda Boosinger. She had a brother and two sisters, named William, Matilda and Effie. She was the second youngest of the four children.¹
