Isobell Sapp

Isobell was born on June 11th, 1847 in Kent, MD.¹ Isobell's father was Isaac Sapp and her mother was Sarah Ann White. Her paternal grandparents were Henry Sapp and Matilda Boosinger. She had a brother and two sisters, named John Foley, Matilda and Abigail W.. She was the second youngest of the four children.¹
