Cynthia Ann was born about 1803 in Kent, MD.1 Cynthia Ann's father was Frederick Sapp. Her paternal grandparents were John Sapp and Mrs. John Sapp. She had two brothers and six sisters, named Richard, Hopkins, Nancy, Margaret, Mary, Cassander, Pauline and Renia. She was the third youngest of the nine children. Cynthia Ann is no longer alive.1 -
