1   Allura's father was Alanson Samson and her mother was Rebecca Titus.  Her paternal grandparents were William Samson and Judith Merrill. She had four brothers and three sisters, named Amos, Daniel, Darwin, Joshua, Martha, Mary and Rhoda.1
