William De Salisbury

William De was born about 1116 in Of, Salisbury, Wiltshire, England.¹ William De's father was Walter "FitzEdward" Of Salisbury and his mother was Sibyl De Chaworth (Chaour. His paternal grandparents were Edward Of Salisbury and Maud Fitzhubert; his maternal grandparents were Patrick Chaworth and Matilda Hesdin. He had two brothers and a sister, named Patrick De, Walter De and Sibilla (Sibyl) De. He was the oldest of the four children. He died after July 1st, 1143 in Sp.¹
