Anna Ruzicka 
Anna was born on May 5th, 1910 in Chicago, Cook Co, IL.1 Anna's father was Vojtech (Albert) (Adalbert) Ruzicka and her mother was Franzisca (Frances) Basak. Her paternal grandparents were Frank Ruzicka and Marie Koziska; her maternal grandparents were Joseph Basak and Theresa Novy. She had two brothers and three sisters, named Albert, James, Elizabeth Alice (Betty), Mary Emily and Rosa Lee. She died at the age of 63 on October 6th, 1973.1 -
