Jennie F. was born on September 5th, 1863 in GA.1   Jennie F.'s father was William J. Rutherford and her mother was C. L.. She had three brothers and three sisters, named William J., Robert H., Clifford M., Anna, Louisa and Mary H..  She was the fourth oldest of the seven children.  She died at the age of 48 on April 15th, 1912.1
