Frank Henry was born on May 5th, 1878.1   Frank Henry's father was George Russell and his mother was Louisa Reynolds.  His maternal grandparents were Nathaniel Reynolds and Phoebe Burras. He had two sisters named Doren G. and Jennie Louise.  He was the oldest of the three children.  He died about 1942.1
