Effie Lou Russell

Effie Lou was born on October 27th, 1904.  Effie Lou's father was Lee Roy Russell and her mother was Genie Etta Carroll.  Her maternal grandparents were John Wesley Carroll and Susan Caroline Bowden. She had two brothers and five sisters, and also a sibling of unknown gender, named Bob, John David, Carrie Lee, Blanche, Roxie, Susan Grace, Mary and Unknown.  She died at the age of 81 in May 1986.
