Ann Ruggles 
Ann was born in 1746 in New Milford, Connecticut.1 Ann's father was Joseph Ruggles. Her paternal grandparents were Benjamin Ruggles and Mary Woodbridge. She was an only child. She died at the age of 94 on August 25th, 1840 in New Milford, Connecticut.1 -
