Hezekiah was born in Hartford, Hartford, CT.1 Hezekiah's father was Thomas Root and his mother was Hannah Haynes. His paternal grandparents were John Root and Mary Ann Russell. He had five brothers and a sister, named Joseph, Jacob, Thomas, John, Jonathon and Sarah. He had five half-brothers and a half-sister, named Joseph, Thomas, John, Jonathan, Hezekiah and Sarah. He died on September 29th, 1690.1 -
