Vincent Francis (Lafferty) was born on September 5th, 1898 in New York City, Manhatten, New York.1 Vincent Francis (Lafferty)'s father was John W. Ripple and his mother was Eva Mary Long. His paternal grandparents were Michael Ripple and Mary E. Shine; his maternal grandparents were Charles W. Long and Charlotte Meyerhoffer.
