Charlie Parks Ray 
Charlie Parks was born on November 27th, 1883.1 Charlie Parks' father was George C. Ray and his mother was Mattie Royster. His paternal grandparents were George C. Ray and Martha A. Evans. He had a brother and a sister, named Herman Glenn and Mattie Annie. He was the oldest of the three children. He died at the age of 28 on February 7th, 1912.1 -
