Harriet Louise Pomeroy 
Harriet Louise was born on March 18th, 1842 in Franklin, Vermont.1 Harriet Louise's father was Elijah Isaac Pomeroy and her mother was Loretta M. Webber. Her paternal grandparents were Enoch Pomeroy and Mary "Polly" Tenney. She had two brothers and five sisters, named Norman E., Edwin B., Emily M., Luna A., Orelia E., Mary and Laura A.. She was the youngest of the eight children. She died due to Heart failure at the age of 58 on February 3rd, 1901 in Columbus, Nebraska.1 General Notes

Mrs. J. H. Drinnin, a pioneer settler five miles northeast of town, aged 55 years, died suddenly Sunday afternoon Sunday afternoon of heart failure following a two weeks siege of grip.
She was up around the house Saturday, but upon starting to get up and dress herself Sunday about 4 o'clock she gasped and died instantly.
Mrs. Drinnin was a member of the Congregational church and upon being asked two weeks ago to respond in person or by letter to roll call at the annual business meeting of the church she sent in the scriptural quotation, which in view of her death has an impressively pathetic meaning: "Watch therefore for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherin the Son of man cometh."
