Victor Lou Pitchford 
Victor Lou was born on December 12th, 1907 in Conemaugh Pennsylvania.1 Victor Lou's father was Noah Pitchford and his mother was Alice Jane Baker. His paternal grandfather was Thomas Pitchford; his maternal grandfather was John Baker. He had two brothers and a sister, named Leonard John, William Noah and Lillian. He was the youngest of the four children. He died at the age of 64 on December 7th, 1972 in Westminster Maryland.1 -
