William Phelps 
William was born in May 1674 in Simsbury, Connecticut.1 William's father was Joseph Phelps and his mother was Hannah Newton. His paternal grandparents were William Phelps and Elizabeth Marshall; his maternal grandfather was Roger Newton. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Joseph, Timothy, Sarah and Hannah. He died at the age of 15 on May 8th, 1689 in Simsbury Ct.2 -
