William Lynn Perrin 
William Lynn was born on July 7th, 1883.1 William Lynn's father was Frank Weston Perrin and his mother was Louie A. Swiger. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Perrin and Emily Smith; his maternal grandfather was Henry Swiger. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Frank Weston, Glade Thomas, Mable Ella, Nellie Edith and Adella L.. He was the second oldest of the six children.1 -
