Frances was born on December 27th, 1795 in Harrison Co., KY.1   Frances' father was Isaac Pavey and her mother was Frances Adams.  Her paternal grandparents were Samuel Pavey and Mary Cone. She had a brother and three sisters, named Isaac, Polly Jackson, Isabelle and Sarah.  She was the youngest of the five children. She had four half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Charles Twyford, William, John, Thomas Asbury, Elizabeth, Nancy and Margaret.1
