Richard K. was born on January 11th, 1872 in Screven Co., GA.1 Richard K.'s father was David Parker and his mother was Martha Ann Brinson. His paternal grandparents were James Parker and Mary Lee. He had three brothers and three sisters, named James Crawford, Louis Napoleon, Green S., Debra, Lou and Molly. He had four half-brothers named David W., George Harrison, James and Thomas.
