Joel Parker

Joel was born on April 25th, 1814 in Short Creek MM, Jefferson County. Ohio.¹ Joel's father was Jacob Parker and his mother was Faith Judkins. His paternal grandparents were Jacob Parker and Rhoda Draper; his maternal grandparents were Nicholas Judkins and Mary Anderson. He had three brothers and six sisters, named Jordon, Caleb, Edwin, Rhoda, Eliza, Mary, Peninah, Sarah and Rebecca. He was the second youngest of the ten children.¹
