Fisher Palmer 
Fisher was born on May 15th, 1857.1 Fisher's father was Ameziah (Ameriah) Palmer and his mother was Olive Bailey. His paternal grandparents were Richard Palmer and Sarah Hawkins. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Hosea Ballou, Norman Richard, Eveline Amelia, Laura M., Emma and Ida Elizabeth. He was the second youngest of the seven children.1 -
