Eliphalet was born on June 26th, 1727 in Lebanon, CT.1 Eliphalet's father was Joshua Owen and his mother was Margaret Woodworth. His paternal grandparents were Joseph Owen and Esther Osborn. He had five brothers and five sisters, named Leonard, John, Samuel, Elijah, Joshua, Jemima, Keziah, Esther, Martha (Probably) and Althea (Probably).1 -
