Amariah Owen 
Amariah was born on June 15th, 1827.1 Amariah's father was Silas Whitman Owen and his mother was Roxanna Albee. His paternal grandparents were Andrew Owen and Sarah Walden Newman. He had seven brothers and two sisters, named Savilla, David "Little David", Merrill Albee, Andrew, Norman Whitman, Hiram, Silas Whitman, Eunice and Elvira. He was the fifth oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 79 in 1906 in Montpelier, Washington County, VT.1 -
