Harris Foster was born on June 3rd, 1816.1 Harris Foster's father was David Harris Otis and his mother was Sarah Rogers. His paternal grandparents were Ephraim Otis and Sarah Harris. He had five brothers and three sisters, named Stephen, Ephraim, William A., David, George, Lydia, Mary and Elizabeth. He died at the age of 44 on May 9th, 1861 in Topeka, KANSAS, USA.1 -
