Charley J Otis 
Charley J was born on November 9th, 1863.1 Charley J's father was Ransford Otis and his mother was Sabra Forbes Gates. His maternal grandparents were Parley Walkins Gates and Betsie Saber. He had six brothers and four sisters, named Frank J, John Albert, William A, Cyrus Eugene, Fred Anson, Edward, Annabel, Aura Ellen, Stella and Arlene May. He was the third oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 23 on November 29th, 1886.1 -
