Benjamin Newcomb

Benjamin was born on February 22nd, 1753 in Lebanon, Conn.¹ Benjamin's father was John Newcomb and his mother was Mercy Barnaby. His maternal grandparents were Timothy Barnaby and Martha. He had four brothers and six sisters, named Joseph, John, Jacob, Jonathan, Catherine, Martha, Alice, Mary, Lydia and Ruth. He died at the age of 68 on August 6th, 1821 in Cornwallis, Nova Scotia.¹
